Your donation to the 2024 Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire Annual Appeal directly supports our programs and services.  By giving, you’re providing families with more than just a place to stay – you’re offering hope, stability, and the chance to build a brighter future.

Impact of Your Support:

• Over 100 families will be served in our Residential and Transitional Housing Programs.
• 600 people annually will be assisted by our Diversion/Prevention and Supportive Housing Programs.
• Due to the crucial need for the Family Promise mission, we are opening our second residence in Derry,  NH.
• Providing family education, financial iteracy, homeownership, and life skills programs.  Overcoming obstacles through community case management, financial assistance and career development programs.
