Get Help

You don't have to face this alone

If you and your family are experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Hillsborough or Western Rockingham County, Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire is here to help. Reaching out is the first step toward stability — and it’s a sign of strength, not failure.

Call or Reach Out Today

If your family is homeless and in need of assistance, please contact us!

Even if we can not assist you right away, we will get you in touch with resources to help you.

To reach us, you must CALL: (603) 883-7338 x 1. If no one answers, leave a message for the Executive Director. Due to the sensitive nature of family situations, we DO NOT accept email requests for help.

Please keep in mind that we are NOT an emergency shelter. If you are homeless and need emergency shelter, call 211 or the Coordinated Entry Program: 1-844-800-9911.
