Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire serves families experiencing homelessness across Hillsborough and Western Rockingham counties, households of every shape and size who are working to find stable, permanent housing. Through transitional housing at our Nashua and Derry facilities, along with case management, meals, and community support, we walk alongside families as they move toward independence. Every family’s path looks different, but our commitment is the same: to provide a safe place to stay, the tools to move forward, and a community that believes in their future.
